DAB Pumps in Italy is seeking an Inventory Planner to optimize stock across the supply chain and ensure product availability while keeping costs in check. You will monitor inventories, manage distribution orders, and adjust planning parameters to support service levels.

Collaborating with Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales, you will help align demand with supply, maintain master data, and contribute to KPI monitoring. Travel may be required as part of cross-site coordination.

Competenze

• Degree or higher in business/engineering or related field.
• Interest in inventory and supply planning across the network.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Proficient in Excel and relevant planning tools.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Mansioni

• Monitor inventory levels and product availability across the network.
• Create and manage Planned Distribution Orders for replenishment.
• Maintain Safety Stock, MOQ, and local planning parameters.
• Support planning master data and item lifecycle across sites.
• Manage Shipping Plan prioritization across distribution flows.
• Coordinate replenishment shipments to secondary warehouses.
• Track materials in transit and verify delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Demand, Production, Logistics, and Sales.
• Assist in analyzing overdue orders and supply issues.
