Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Material Plan & Execution to deploy master planning, schedule production, and coordinate with external suppliers to meet fulfilment needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and maintain accurate manufacturing traceability. Fluency in Italian is required, with good English, MS Office and ERP experience a must. We offer flexible patterns and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
Experience working in a global matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Italian; good written and spoken English recommended.

Responsibilities

Deploy master planning in the short term and schedule production to meet fulfilment needs.
Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing requirements.
Lead farm-in/farm-out planning with external suppliers and resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain traceability for records created during manufacturing.
