Grünenthal GmbH in Lombardy (Origgio) is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to ensure timely materials availability and optimize planning across production. The role is permanent, full-time, andHybrid, with a pay range of EUR 34.000 - 40.000 and a performance-based annual bonus.

You will manage MRP, procure orders, monitor suppliers, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse and QA to maintain supply continuity and improve processes. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines.
• Experience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of ERP and planning tools such as SAP, APO, SNP or OMP.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Ensure the timely availability of materials and packaging components to support uninterrupted production and customer delivery.
• Manage material requirements planning, purchase order generation and inventory schedules to balance supply, demand and stock targets.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with Procurement to drive service excellence and supply continuity.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Warehouse and QA teams to resolve material-related issues and support site priorities.
• Identify supply risks, proactively manage disruptions and implement mitigation actions to minimize impact on operations.
• Manage inventory levels while considering warehouse capacity, cost optimization and obsolescence reduction.
• Coordinate material supply changes, schedule adjustments and phase-in/phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide supplier and material planning insights to the S&OP process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunities.
• Prepare planning and performance reports, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, service levels and supply chain performance.
