Pharma Point in Milano, Italy, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will drive material flow, balance demand and capacity, and ensure business continuity with high service levels.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, hands-on experience in manufacturing supply chains, strong SAP knowledge, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing environments, ideally pharma or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, balancing demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory levels and material availability.
• Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring continuity and timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and services.
• Manage warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows and logistics activities.
• Optimize inventory levels, monitoring stock coverage, slow-moving materials and obsolescence.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Commercial functions for integrated supply chain.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, costs and performance, identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop the team with accountability and collaboration.
