Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of planning experience in industrial settings and a degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Italian and English, and a passion for operational excellence. A performance-based bonus is part of the compensation package.
