Grünenthal Group in Italy (Lombardia, Origgio) is seeking a highly capable professional for a full-time on-site role in Manufacturing & Global Operations. The job focuses on developing workflows for new products, improving existing processes, and ensuring line performance through troubleshooting and technology transfer activities.

The candidate should hold an MSc or Engineering degree, have pharma experience, GMP knowledge, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• MSc or Engineering Degree in a scientific area.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in pharma.
• Good Manufacturing Practice knowledge.
• Serialization/aggregation system knowledge.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Develop workflow for new products.
• Improve existing processes.
• Troubleshooting to grant line performance.
• Take part in technology transfer projects and related activities, including documents review.
• Take part in Change control process.
• Manage Technical Drawing process.
