Pharma Point Srl in the Milan area is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Supply and Logistics, ensuring business continuity and high service levels within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will lead planning balancing demand and capacity, supervise purchasing of raw materials and packaging, manage warehouse operations and optimize inventory.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.
• Good knowledge of SAP; professional English proficiency.

• Lead planning balancing demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory levels and material availability.
• Oversee purchasing ensuring continuity and timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials and services required by the site.
• Manage warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows and logistics activities.
• Optimize inventory levels, monitoring stock coverage, slow-moving materials and obsolescence.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Commercial functions to ensure an integrated and efficient supply chain.
• Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, service levels, costs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the team, fostering accountability, collaboration and a strong results-oriented mindset.
