Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Italy is seeking a Transport, Logistics and Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage efficient transports, warehouse handling, and end-to-end logistics across multiple regions, including Italy, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and occasional shipments to China and India.

The role requires coordinating with project managers, arranging shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs and inventory accuracy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in logistics/supply chain/business field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations, inventory or logistics in industrial environment.
• Experience with SAP ERP data extraction, analysis and transactions.
• Strong inventory management knowledge and cycle counts.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with project managers to arrange collection of goods from suppliers and deliveries to warehouse or client sites.
• Prepare export/import and triangular trade documentation.
• Engage carriers, schedule inbound/outbound shipments, track deliveries and resolve transit issues.
• Monitor subcontractor for warehouse logistics, inventory, picking, packing and shipping to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Use SAP to initiate inbound/outbound processes and report anomalies to Procurement Manager.
• Support inventory control and annual inventory counts in collaboration with Controlling.
