Hitachi Energy in Italy seeks a Transport, Logistics and Warehouse Operations Specialist to coordinate shipments, manage warehouse inventories, and ensure compliant handling of goods. You will work with SAP ERP, support cycle counts, and prepare export/import documentation for international and domestic shipments.

You will collaborate with Purchasing, Project Management, and Controlling to optimize material flows, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure timely deliveries.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a logistics or business field is required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience in industrial settings.
• Proven SAP ERP experience and data analysis skills.
• Fluent Italian with good English both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and schedule drivers and carriers.
• Manage warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and SAP-based processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation for export/import and compliance.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and related docs for orders.
• Support inventory control and annual physical inventory processes.
