Hitachi Rail is seeking a Logistics and Repair Specialist based in Naples, Italy. The role covers a broad range of duties from administrative tasks to strategic logistics and repair activities, ensuring smooth operations in warranty and after-sales projects.

Responsibilities include spare parts stock optimization, interface with the factory for repair processes, and monitoring supplier repair contracts while maintaining SLA adherence. English and Italian language proficiency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background.
• 1–3 years logistic experience could be a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data management desired.

Mansioni

• Execute logistics and sparing activities during warranty and after sales per SLAs.
• Define and optimize spare parts stock to meet repair time requirements.
• Coordinate repairing process with factory for the repair lifecycle.
• Monitor repairing contracts with suppliers and report on progress.
• Collect and aggregate failure data during warranty and after sales phases.
