Exein is seeking a Legal Manager to own the legal function, reporting to the CFO, and working closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Finance, and Leadership. You will lead end-to-end legal execution and advise on strategic, commercial, and regulatory matters.

The role focuses on EU and Italian regulations applicable to AI, cybersecurity and technology, including privacy and data protection, while supporting international scaling and complex partnerships.

Competenze

• Fluent in English as a must-have.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritize.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience with technology transactions and data protection is preferred.

Mansioni

• Own and lead the Legal function, defining priorities, processes, templates, and standards.
• Act as the internal legal advisor supporting strategic, commercial, product, and operational decisions.
• Be the main legal point of contact for customers, partners, suppliers, investors, and external counsel.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Security to address legal and regulatory implications of new technologies and products.
• Support the business in scaling internationally while maintaining compliance.
