Lexroom.ai is hiring a Legal Engineer to own the construction, maintenance, and strategic development of our proprietary database—the key asset underpinning trusted legal AI. You’ll bridge law, product, and AI, ensuring data accuracy, driving feature design, and guiding AI reasoning improvements.

You will work with data annotators and engineers, validating outputs and shaping data workflows while partnering with law firms to align sources and standards across practice areas.

Competenze

• Must have an Italian law degree and 3+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Desire to pursue an alternative career path outside traditional practice.
• Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator between legal requirements and technical teams.
• Curiosity about AI and legal technology; no prior AI experience required.
