Job summary

Costa is seeking an IT Project and Delivery Manager in Genoa to govern payments services with a strong product mindset. You will drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to production release, coordinating internal IT teams and external vendors while ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance.

You will work across governance, security and regulatory requirements (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR) and collaborate with Operations and Infrastructure teams to deploy and support solutions in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience delivering payment solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; experience in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of payments-related applications and services.
• Coordinate internal IT teams with external vendors and system integrators.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications and ensure on-time delivery.
