Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an IT Service Manager for Sales Platforms to coordinate IT platforms serving our Agents and Customers across the sales value chain. You will drive stable operations, govern service delivery, and lead transformation initiatives with Service Owner support.

The role emphasizes cloud-native and legacy integration, ITSM excellence, and end-to-end service optimization in a global context. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

5+ years as Service Manager or similar in an international context.
Experience managing complex IT services in sales/distribution domains.

Responsibilities

Take operational responsibility for IT services with the Service Owner.
Coordinate internal teams and external providers to meet SLAs.
Govern design of platform solutions aligned with cloud/microservices standards.
Manage projects from demand to release including budgeting and planning.
Apply ITSM to drive continuous service improvement from an end-to-end view.
Monitor live solutions and assess performance against goals.
Address complex situations with structured problem solving.
