Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an IT Claims Transformation Manager to lead the Italian segment of a global transformation program. You will oversee the current platform's stability while steering the transformation path, leveraging GenAI and AI-driven tooling to meet business needs.

You will manage roadmap, budgets and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, drive service governance, and ensure quality, availability and performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in service/IT operations management.
• Proven program and portfolio management experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and governance experience.
• Experience guiding GenAI/Agentic AI adoption across platforms.
• Experience coordinating with cloud vendors (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and steer transformation roadmap with scope, budget, dependencies and milestones.
• Contribute to end-to-end service management and KPI/SLAs.
• Coordinate with Allianz Technology Group and local teams for transformation.
• Engage with business to define new tech solutions and strategy.
• Govern GenAI and Agentic AI adoption across the lifecycle.
• Guide teams in AI-driven development and rollout.
• Monitor service performance, incident and problem management.
