Allianz Technology is seeking an IT Claims Transformation Manager to lead the Italian segment of a global transformation program. You will oversee the current platform's stability while steering the transformation path, leveraging GenAI and AI-driven tooling to meet business needs.

You will manage roadmap, budgets and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, drive service governance, and ensure quality, availability and performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in service/IT operations management.
• Proven program and portfolio management experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and governance experience.
• Experience guiding GenAI/Agentic AI adoption across platforms.
• Experience coordinating with cloud vendors (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in Italian and English.

About the Job

Join Allianz as a IT Claims Transformation Manager within our IT Claims team, reporting to the Head of Claims Systems, where you will be at the forefront of managing and ensuring the operational excellence of our IT platform for Claims Management. Our team is responsible for the continuous enhancement of the platform to meet new business requirements and for guaranteeing that the service delivered meets the agreed quality, availability, and performance standards.

The current roadmap for platform evolution is part of a broader global transformation program, within which the Italian Claims systems are progressively evolving to align with Allianz Technology Group's target solutions and standards, with AI-driven tools and methodologies as a key lever of this evolution.

In this dynamic environment, we are seeking a IT Claims Transformation Manager with proven experience in managing complex IT services and leading service governance across multiple stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the current platform's operational stability ("as-is") while steering the local transformation path within the global program, leveraging AI-driven development tools and methodologies to accelerate and govern this evolution.

What you do

• Plan and steer the transformation roadmap, managing scope, budget and forecast, dependencies and milestones, and driving change management and benefit realization across the Claims platform.
• Contributing to the end-to-end service management of the IT Claims platform, and to the achievement of SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Allianz Technology Group and local teams to steer the transformation of Italian Claims systems within the global transformation program.
• Engage with the Claims business to support the definition of new technological solutions and the implementation of the business strategy.
• Govern the adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI tools and methodologies across the development lifecycle, embedding them as a core driver of the platform's transformation.

What you bring

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proven problem-solving attitude, essential for managing complex service and operational issues.
• Proven program and portfolio management skills: roadmap planning, budget and forecast control, dependency and risk management, and delivery governance in Agile / SAFe environments. PMP, SAFe or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of IT service management practices.
• Experience in guiding the adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI tools and development methodologies, with the ability to govern their adoption at platform and team level.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and coordinating diverse technological components and vendors.
• Degree in IT, Engineering or Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience in service/IT operations management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
