E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions Srl is seeking a qualified Controlling professional to join the Finance organization in Italy. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and investment evaluation across an expanding energy portfolio, working with Controlling, Sales, and Business Development to drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, robust business cases, and clear financial reporting.

Competenze

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Controlling is required.
Several years of controlling experience, ideally in energy sector and international business environment.
Strong expertise in financial reporting and controlling processes.

Drive forecasting and business planning: own quarterly forecasts and medium-term planning.
Shape investment decisions through business case analysis with data-driven recommendations.
Turn financial data into actionable insights by analyzing deviations and performance.
Safeguard project profitability end-to-end by monitoring Capex, supply, and O&M.
Steer energy margin and working capital performance with forecasting, budgeting, and month-end activities.
Create transparency through reporting: KPI-based monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
