EDP, a global energy company, is seeking a senior commercial professional for Italy to lead and manage commercial initiatives with industrial and large commercial clients, expanding presence in the Italian energy market by developing tailored renewable energy solutions that align with clients’ decarbonization and efficiency objectives, while ensuring strong financial performance across the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B energy or an equivalent industrial business development role.
• Proven sales track record with evidence of account planning, pipeline management, and consistent achievement of commercial objectives.
• Strong experience in negotiation and contract discussions with senior stakeholders and procurement leaders.
• Exposure to the Italian regulatory landscape, including grid operators, permitting authorities, and public incentives (/subsidies) is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Develop and expand key client relationships with industrial decision-makers and energy managers to identify and deliver distributed generation solutions.
• Drive opportunity development for on-site energy projects (e.g., Solar PV, BESS, heat electrification, energy efficiency).
• Lead commercial structuring and negotiation, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive, profitable offers.
• Navigate the Italian regulatory environment to translate policy into feasible project plans and ROI insights.
• Represent EDP in client meetings and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
