BVLGARI in Rome seeks a Jewelry Sales Trainer to join the Retail Excellence & Sales Training team. You will design and deploy jewelry training from concept to local trainers, delivering a blended program including digital self-learning and in-class sessions.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, 6+ years in similar roles, strong product knowledge of jewelry, and solid project management. Initial annual gross salary is EUR 50,000 with a discretionary bonus scheme.

Competenze

• Business school graduate or equivalent university qualification.
• Minimum 6 years in similar roles.
• Strong jewelry product knowledge and market/retail trend awareness.
• Proficient in digital and blended training; strong selling and communication skills.
• Excellent project management capability.
• Italian and English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in Office Suite; Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator a plus; video editing skills a plus.

Mansioni

• Define yearly category training calendar with Jewelry BU and stakeholders.
• Organize retro-planning and budget needs.
• Design jewelry training programs using platforms like Articulate Rise.
• Deliver programs through blended learning: digital and in-class sessions.
• Ensure delivery to Local Sales Trainers during Train-the-Trainer.
• Maintain relationships with local trainers to ensure readiness.
• Collect feedback to identify training needs and tool improvements.
• Oversee training data aligning with product training needs.
