Job summary

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and supplier partners to deliver high-quality procurement solutions, align with corporate requirements, and support project execution across maintenance, facilities, and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Education in supply chain, procurement, engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or facilities operations.
• Strong communications and relationship-building with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Business English; fluent Italian.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and support reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing requests and issue purchase orders for indirect materials, services, and facility capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with sourcing and category management teams on supplier selection and sourcing activities.
• Oversee lifecycle of purchase orders, including updates and contract changes.
• Coordinate capital expenditure approvals and monitor workflows.
• Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with corporate requirements.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and identify risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Facilities, Accounting and other functions for project execution.
• Review supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies for timely payment.
• Assist in preparing supplier agreements and blanket orders.
• Build relationships with suppliers as a primary procurement contact.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve operational, quality, delivery, or invoicing issues.
• Analyze procurement data and contribute to reporting for informed decisions.
• Occasional supplier visits to support project execution.
