Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking an HR Executive Project Manager to support the CHRO and HR organization in coordinating priorities and driving cross-functional HR projects. You will help ensure milestones, governance, and strategic initiatives are delivered on time.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus fluency in English and German or Italian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination, executive support, HR operations in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Structured, detail-oriented, data-driven with a proactive approach.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Italian also advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage CHRO's calendar, meetings, and correspondence with strategic alignment.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on meetings with documented outcomes and actions.
• Serve as central coordination point between CHRO, HR teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR projects with milestones and timelines.
• Oversee ongoing HR initiatives, identify dependencies, support execution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance.
• Analyze processes and collaborate with stakeholders for improvements.
