Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy is seeking a Senior Leadership Development & Talent Management Specialist to shape how we identify, develop and prepare our people for greater impact across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders, People Managers and HR to design and implement leadership journeys, talent reviews, succession planning and performance enablement, translating business priorities into concrete development experiences and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• University degree in HR, Work & Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development or related field.
• Proven experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management or Organisational Development in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership initiatives in complex organisations.

Mansioni

• Design and implement leadership development initiatives across different leadership levels, aligned with leadership framework and business priorities.
• Facilitate development experiences through workshops, coaching, mentoring and experiential learning.
• Drive talent management processes including identification, assessment, calibration, succession planning and development planning.

As Senior Leadership Development & Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how we identify, develop and prepare our people for greater impact across the organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders, People Managers and HR, you will design and implement leadership and talent initiatives that translate business priorities into concrete development experiences, from leadership journeys and talent reviews to succession planning, career development and performance enablement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement leadership development initiatives across different leadership levels, aligned with Alpitronic's leadership framework and business priorities


• Facilitate impactful development experiences through workshops, coaching, mentoring, peer learning and experiential learning approaches


• Drive talent management processes, including talent identification, assessment, calibration, succession planning and development planning


• Support the definition and implementation of career progression models and internal mobility opportunities across managerial and expert career paths


• Contribute to the evolution of performance management, competency frameworks and employee development practices across the organisation


• Enable People Managers to conduct effective goal-setting, feedback and development conversations


• Lead Leadership & Talent Development initiatives from needs analysis and design through implementation and impact measurement


• Partner closely with senior leaders, People Managers and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into pragmatic people development solutions


• Leverage people data, KPIs and market best practices to measure effectiveness and continuously improve programs and initiatives


• Manage relationships with selected external partners, coaches and development providers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• University degree in Human Resources, Work & Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development or a related field


• Solid previous experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a consulting environment


• Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership and talent development initiatives within complex organisations


• Experience facilitating workshops and development sessions with managers and senior stakeholders


• Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management and Career Development practices


• Solid project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives


• Confidence working with people data, KPIs and insights to measure impact and support decision-making


• Coaching accreditation and/or certification in assessment tools (e.g. Gallup, Hogan, MBTI) is considered an advantage


• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills


• Business-oriented, pragmatic and hands-on approach as well as high level of ownership, analytical thinking and learning agility


• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different functions, cultures and organisational levels


• Fluent in English, German and/or Italian are an advantage

• Total compensation starting from € 64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement
