Job summary

• Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong professional rigor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the CHRO's calendar, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on meetings, including documentation of key outcomes and action tracking.
• Act as a central point of coordination between the CHRO, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional HR projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Maintain oversight of ongoing HR initiatives, identify dependencies, and support project execution.
• Work with HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Contribute to optimization of HR processes through structured analysis and collaboration.
