Job summary

Alpitronic, a Bolzano-based high-tech company in the e-mobility sector, seeks a Senior Leadership Development & Talent Management Specialist to shape how we identify, develop and prepare people for greater impact across the organisation.

Working with senior leaders, People Managers and HR, you will design and implement leadership and talent initiatives—from leadership journeys and talent reviews to succession planning and performance enablement—translating business priorities into concrete

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Work & Organisational Psychology, Business, Organisational Development or related.
• Proven experience in leadership development and talent management.
• Experience designing programs for senior leaders and managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement leadership development initiatives across leadership levels.
• Facilitate development experiences via workshops, coaching, and mentoring.
• Drive talent management: identification, assessment, calibration, succession planning.
• Support career progression models and internal mobility across paths.
• Evolve performance management and competency frameworks.
• Enable managers to conduct effective goal-setting and feedback.
• Lead initiatives from needs analysis to implementation and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to translate business needs into solutions.
• Use KPIs and market practices to measure program effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external partners and coaches.
