alpitronic Americas LLC is looking for a Product Owner and Project Lead for their Hyperautomation products in Bolzano, Italy. You will define the product direction, drive execution, and coordinate all required interfaces for success across various teams. Qualification requires a degree in a relevant field and strong experience in product leadership.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in product leadership, technical program management, team leadership, or ownership of complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Several years of experience in digital products, software platforms, automation, or comparable technical environments.
• Solid understanding of software systems, integrations, backend platforms, and modern architecture principles.
• Experience coordinating work across technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to turn complex operational or technical problems into structured product solutions.
• Experience in IoT, industrial systems, hardware‑software products, or operationally critical environments is a strong plus.
• Experience with workflow orchestration, support platforms, case/ticketing systems, or automation products is a plus.
• Strong understanding of product development, stakeholder alignment, and execution planning.
• Fluent English required; German and/or Italian is a plus.

As Product Owner and Project Lead for Alpitronic’s Hyperautomation products your main goal will be to turn it into a structured, scalable, and cross-functional digital offering. In this role, you will define the product direction, drive execution, and coordinate all interfaces required for success across R&D, Service, Hypersuite, Data/IT, Quality, and Legal. Your responsibilities include aligning digital capabilities around early issue detection, automated analysis, guided or automated remediation, and the creation of high‑quality operational outputs for downstream functions. You will regularly report progress, risks, and decision needs to key stakeholders and ensure that all related initiatives before and after the core product operate as one coherent system

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate the Hyperautomation product as a cross‑functional initiative within Digital Products & Innovation
• Co‑create the roadmap, priorities, milestones, scope, and governance model with relevant stakeholders
• Drive the development of core digital capabilities, including early issue detection, automated analysis, guided or automated remediation, and structured issue outputs for downstream workflows
• Ensure alignment with adjacent capabilities (diagnostics, dispatch handovers, customer‑facing settings, Hypersuite integration) while maintaining clear ownership boundaries
• Act as the central interface between Digital Products & Innovation and stakeholders in Service, R&D, Data Science, IT, Quality, and Legal
• Ensure the product fits Alpitronic’s service model, SLA logic, and operational realities
• Support Service in packaging, pricing, rollout, and customer communication by coordinating required product inputs and dependencies
• Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, observable, maintainable, and aligned with long‑term architectural goals
• Define and track success metrics such as detection rate, automation contribution, MTTR improvement, quality of issue outputs, and product adoption
• Report progress, risks, dependencies, and escalation topics to your direct manager and relevant stakeholders
• Build structure, alignment, and momentum across distributed teams
• Help establish an effective collaboration model between product, engineering, service, and other involved functions
