Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer in a dynamic, multilingual environment in Bolzano, Italy. You will draft correspondence in English, German and Italian and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

The role involves preparing minutes, developing presentations, and driving strategic projects with a focus on e-mobility initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, management systems, and corporate governance principles.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting at all organizational levels.
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian.

Responsibilities

• Support the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes.
• Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian.
• Act as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
• Prepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events.
• Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available.
• Take ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring timely execution and escalation where required.
