Job summary

Ariston Group, founded in Fabriano and a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, is seeking an HR Leader to partner with plant leadership across multiple sites. You will drive workforce planning, organize change programs, manage industrial relations and lead data-driven HR analytics to sustain safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires a Master’s degree in HR or related field and extensive experience in manufacturing, with fluency in Italian and professional English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant HR leadership experience in manufacturing or a complex industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law, collective bargaining and union relations.
• Demonstrated business partnering, workforce planning, organizational change, talent management and labour-cost management.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing or World Class Manufacturing methodologies.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and plant leadership to translate business priorities into an integrated HR agenda.
• Lead workforce planning and recruitment to support blue- and white-collar roles across multiple sites.
• Oversee employee and industrial relations with unions and employee representatives.
• Deploy Group HR processes across the site and provide actionable HR analytics.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion and sustainable people practices.
• Lead Lean/World Class Manufacturing people development initiatives.
