ARaymond Network seeks an HR Business Partner in Casalmorano to support plant operations by managing Human Resources functions. The role involves advising managers, overseeing administrative processes, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, over 3 years of related experience, and familiarity with industrial environments. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in HR management systems are essential for success.

Formazione
