Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Growth & Strategy Manager – Digital to advance our digital strategy and growth initiatives within the GTS space. You will help define strategic roadmaps, assess readiness, and build business cases for digital adoption across global teams.

You will monitor digital market trends in the energy sector, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure alignment with core business strategies while cascading the digital vision to all growth areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Deep understanding of digital and aftermarket dynamics and its evolution.

Responsibilities

Developing in-depth knowledge of the digital market in the energy sector and related technologies.
Monitor competitor digital strategies in aftermarket services and derive strategic implications.
Support definition of the digital strategic gameboard to identify where to position/invest and build business cases for digital adoption.
Assist in defining strategic roadmaps and assess operational readiness across systems, processes, and workforce.
Ensure alignment between core business strategy and digital initiatives in long-range planning.
Cascade the digital strategy to all GTS growth areas and the organization.
