Job summary

BauWatch Italy is seeking an enthusiastic Direct Sales professional to drive growth across Emilia Romagna. You will identify new opportunities, acquire customers, and build long‑term partnerships through field visits and presentations.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work autonomously. You should be comfortable traveling within the region and to Milan HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience or relationships within construction, renewables, or security industries.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to adapt to client needs.
• Independent and proactive, able to manage work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and periodically to Milan HQ.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
• Identify, develop, and nurture new and existing customer relationships to build long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned geographical area.
• Deliver company presentations to potential and existing clients, including at trade fairs and events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying, leveraging, and nurturing sales opportunities.
• Work with Italian and international colleagues to share best practices and commercial ideas.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by responding to customer needs, handling complaints, and informing clients about new BauWatch solutions.
• Advise on market opportunities, risks, and potential adjustments to commercial strategy.
