Tiffany & Co. in Milan is seeking an Events Coordinator, Project Management for Southern Europe. You will lead end-to-end client activations and events as the primary reference, collaborating with store teams and external partners.

The role requires a degree in Marketing and Events, 5+ years in Retail or Hospitality Event roles, and strong project management, budgeting and reporting skills. Italian and English fluency are essential; a third language is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree/Master in Marketing and Events.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail or Hospitality Event area.
• Previous experience as Project Manager.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Strong analytical skills and passions for elaborating reports.
• Problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end execution of client activations and events as the primary reference.
• Act as project manager during all phases from ideation to on-site execution.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to maintain brand standards with localized approach.
• Coordinate in-store and virtual client activations and experiences with key stakeholders.
• Work with production companies, agencies and vendors to support event strategy.
• Liaise with store contacts to ensure smooth-running of all event elements.
• Lead event logistics including invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, and travel.
• Develop communications to Retail Team.
• Source new vendors with high taste level aligned to Tiffany aesthetics.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for quotes and production.
