Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and operational flexibility.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hospitality management systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role of at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, meetings, and banquets with clients.
• Negotiate with clients to maximize profitability.
• Prepare contracts and event-related documentation and manage deadlines.
• Create BEOs, schedules, and room layouts.
• Manage Opera and Sales & Catering systems.
• Collaborate with F&B, Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping for seamless events.
• Coordinate external suppliers and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Welcome clients on-site and provide operational support.
• Monitor event setups and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
• Handle last-minute requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain databases, reports, and records for the department.
• Participate in site inspections and pre-event briefings.
