Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR operations and organizational health as part of the People Experience and Technology (PXT) team. The role partners with field leaders, site leadership, and General Managers to maintain high employee engagement and robust HR processes.

You will balance tactical HR delivery with strategic insight, using analytics and AI tools to uncover risks and drive improvements in employee experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
• Knowledge of local labor law is expected.
• Experience as a human resource generalist is required.
• Experience with HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development is desirable.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is required.

• Lead operational excellence and organizational health through PXT leadership at assigned site(s).
• Foster employee experience and engagement through Voice of the Associate programs and recognition initiatives.
• Drive data-informed decision making using analytics and AI tools to improve employee experience and business outcomes.

• Collaborate with site leadership and General Managers to implement culture transformation and change initiatives.
