SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst in Italy to shape the demand signal for a defined country portfolio, partnering with commercial, marketing, finance and supply chain teams.

You will own end-to-end demand planning activities for the southern cluster (Italy, Romania, Greece, Adriatic), develop forecasts, track KPIs and support S&OP reviews with clear driver analyses and risk assessments.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data handling capability.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis).

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end demand planning activities for countries within the southern cluster (Italy, Romania, Greece, Adriatic).
• Develop accurate and reliable forecasts using demand-planning systems and governance.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse historical and forward-looking demand inputs.
• Translate commercial assumptions into quantified demand impacts; document forecast logic.
• Collaborate on new product launches, discontinuations and portfolio transitions.
• Partner with sales, marketing and finance to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Prepare and present demand outlooks during S&OP meetings.
• Ensure forecasts are shared with the appropriate level of detail for Supply Chain planning.
• Track and communicate demand-planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
