Job summary

Bolton is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist in Milan to lead the domestic Home and Personal Care demand planning process, interfacing with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Planning to ensure accurate forecasts and optimal stock levels.

You will drive forecast accuracy and bias, support business growth, and improve planning processes in a dynamic FMCG environment, with strong stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the domestic Home and Personal care demand planning cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, stock availability, and service KPIs.
• Analyze historical sales trends, promotions, and customer behavior for forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment during S&OP meetings.
• Support product launches, portfolio changes, and inventory readiness.

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
