SC Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Supply Planning for the Arese, Italy site. The role focuses on finished goods inventory management within the EMEA region, coordinating replenishment plans and inventory levels across distribution centers with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor performance, communicate plans, and manage portfolio changes while supporting regional and global supply planning initiatives. This position offers smart working and a competitive total rewards package.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Internship or 1 year experience in Planning.
• Fluent in English and good level of Italian.
• Solid Supply Planning skills ideally in FMCG.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC/PLM, Kinaxis Maestro) and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Define actions plans to optimize the different inventory locations.
• Provide inventory analysis and reports (ERP, reporting tools).
• Monitor the ERP and adjust allocation to markets per regional guidelines.
• Process inbound from manufacturing and suppliers.
• Ensure product availability at European warehouses and perform weekly replenishments.
• Support global supply planning activities from a regional basis.
• Initiate and drive ERP and process improvements.
• Interact with Customer Service and Local supply chain teams.
• Participate in regular reviews on operations, quality and improvements.
• Monthly KPI updates and root cause analysis on main supply chain losses.
