Bolton Group is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist for the Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty unit in Milan, Italy. You will lead the domestic demand planning for Personal Care, aligning with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in demand planning within FMCG, strong analytics, and stakeholder management. Flexible smart working is available; permanent, full-time employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning within FMCG.
Strong Excel and demand planning tools proficiency.

Mansioni

Lead the Domestic Personal Care demand planning cycle, collaborating with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Planning.
Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, stock availability, slobs, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
Analyze historical sales trends and promotional plans to develop reliable demand forecasts.
Coordinate S&OP meetings ensuring alignment between commercial expectations and operational capabilities.
Support product launches, portfolio changes, and promotional activities with forecasting assumptions.
Collaborate with production sites and external stakeholders for planning execution.
