Company Italia is seeking an analytical Demand & Supply Chain Planner for end-to-end forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply alignment. You will bridge Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics, using SAP and AI/BI tools to improve forecast accuracy and working capital.

You will lead monthly S&OP cycles, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure product availability and launch readiness. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Life Sciences or related field, or 2+ years in demand & supply planning.
• Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management or related processes; pharma experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and planning tools.
• Familiarity with AI/predictive analytics for forecasting and supply chain processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, reporting).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across product portfolios and align with supply capabilities.
• Lead monthly S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics.
• Monitor market trends, sales performance, demand patterns and forecast accuracy KPIs.
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and product availability while minimizing obsolescence.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers and logistics to mitigate supply risks.
• Support launches, lifecycle management and key supply chain projects.
• Leverage SAP, AI forecasting tools and BI platforms to improve planning.
• Prepare analyses and dashboards including IQV and performance reporting.
