Moncler in Milan, Italy is seeking an engaged Demand Planner to join our Integrated Business Planning function at headquarters. You will forecast demand and align supply with production and distribution for carry over products, working cross-functionally to optimize stock and meet market needs.

You will analyze historical data, incorporate market trends and promotions, and generate short- and long-term forecasts while monitoring accuracy and adjusting plans as necessary.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.
