Moncler, a global fashion group, seeks a Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning professional in Lombardy to optimize carry-over product availability and inventory levels. You will forecast demand, analyze historical data, and align with production, planning, and merchandising to support strategic stock decisions.

You will apply statistical models to generate accurate forecasts, monitor performance, and influence cross-functional partners to refine plans in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to interpret business trends and derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.

• Plan and analyze demand forecasts to optimize sourcing and distribution of carry-over products.
