Moncler Group in Milan seeks an engaged Retail Allocator to join our Integrated Business Planning Function at HQ. The role centers on allocation and replenishment to optimize inventory and product availability across markets via data-driven analysis and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will manage stock allocation, monitor stock levels, shipments and forecasts; track KPIs like Sell Through and Weeks of Supply; coordinate stock rebalancing across markets and channels; support

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years in Allocation, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
• Data-driven, problem-solving mindset with effective stakeholder communication.

Mansioni

• Allocate and replenish across markets to balance inventory, demand, and priorities.
• Monitor stock levels, orders, shipments and forecast data; identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Track KPIs: Sell Through, Weeks of Supply, Stock Cover, Out of Stock, Overstock.
• Identify overstock/understock situations and propose allocation, replenishment, transfers and rebalancing actions.
• Coordinate stock rebalancing across markets, regions and channels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support forecasting and inventory planning using historical data, trends and future availability.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays with relevant teams.
• Prepare regular reports and ad hoc analyses for decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail and E-commerce.
