Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a motivated Demand Planner to join the Integrated Business Planning Function. You will forecast demand for carry over products, support supply planning, and help maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability.

You will analyze historical sales data, collaborate with production, planning and merchandising teams, and generate regular reports on forecast performance, stock turnover, and key metrics to guide strategic decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners and negotiating effectively.

Mansioni

• Plan and analyze demand forecasts to optimize sourcing and distribution of carry over products.
• Collaborate with production, planning and merchandising to ensure efficient supply flow and meet market demand.
• Analyze historical sales data to develop accurate forecasts of future demand.
• Gather insights on market trends, planned promotions, and other factors influencing demand.
• Use statistical models to generate short- and long-term demand forecasts.
