Johnson Controls in Lombardia, Italy seeks a high-impact sales professional to expand our data center and building technologies footprint. You will build trusted relationships with consultants, contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to drive opportunities and growth across the region.

You will lead account plans, pursue new opportunities, present as a trusted adviser, and collaborate with regional teams to meet sales targets while leveraging Salesforce and Altify for pipeline

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based B2B sales.
• Consultative selling and long-term relationship building.
• Experience in matrix organizations.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators.
• Create and execute account plans to grow market share and pipeline.
• Conduct customer presentations and position as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and regional teams for project pursuits.
• Manage pipeline and engagement using Salesforce and other tools.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to management.
• Support pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities and drive revenue.
