Bending Spoons in Milan (Italy) is seeking a highly capable operations professional to strengthen our global administrative framework. You’ll lead end-to-end HR and workplace operations across acquisitions, restructurings, and share option plans, collaborating with external experts to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You’ll join small, autonomous teams in a fast-paced, merit-driven environment that emphasizes learning, growth, and fair equity opportunities.

Mansioni

• Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream, conducting due diligence on local requirements, and building and maintaining the administrative blueprint.
• Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
• Stay up to date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement across our organizations, also in collaboration with external consultants.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
• Manage job offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end—from negotiation and visa support to administrative updates—ensuring outstanding experiences while streamlining workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools.
