Turner & Townsend in Italy is seeking a skilled Cost Manager to lead cost management for complex projects from inception to closeout. You will work with project teams to estimate costs, monitor spend, and produce financial reports, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.

This role emphasizes collaboration with clients and suppliers to drive cost efficiency, with strong English and Italian language skills preferred, and a track record in Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, or data

Competenze

• 5 years' experience in Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or related facilities for Cost Management; 10+ years for Senior Cost Manager
• Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement
• Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and databases
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Fluent English; Italian language advantageous

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end cost management from budget development to project closeout
• Collaborate with project teams to estimate costs, track expenses, and produce financial reports
• Perform cost analyses and recommend budget optimization strategies
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost controls
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and monitor their implementation
• Foster relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies
