Competenze

• Recent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or construction-related degree.
• Strong interest in project financial management.
• MEP knowledge and first practical experience in building construction projects.

Mansioni

• Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
• Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
• Support procurement and tendering activities.
• Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs.
• Take on increasing responsibility for your own project workstreams and ensure cost management and financial control.
