Qualifications

Recent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or construction-related degree.
Strong interest in project financial management.
MEP knowledge and first practical experience in building construction projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works.
Review and analyze contractor and supplier quotations.
Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.
Support procurement and tendering activities.
Prepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs.
Take on increasing responsibility for your own project workstreams and ensure cost management and financial control.
