Job summary

Iveco Group in Italy is seeking an experienced events professional to plan, coordinate and deliver corporate events, hospitality activities and institutional initiatives. The role includes guest management, on-site support, and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.

You will contribute to the creative development of events, assist with publications and communications materials, and help manage timelines, budgets and suppliers across multiple activities.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in corporate events, hospitality, communications or related fields.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Italian daily use.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends when required.
• Availability for on-site activities and business travel.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of corporate events and hospitality.
• Assist guest management: invitations, registrations, welcomes, on-site help.
• Coordinate operations with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support hospitality logistics: catering, accommodation, transport, venues.
• Provide on-site support through all event phases, from setup to dismantling.
• Contribute to creative development and presentation materials.
• Prepare publications and communications content, including proofreading.
• Prepare event briefs, schedules and operational documents.
• Monitor deadlines and supplier activities, ensuring progress.
• Identify issues and propose effective solutions during live events.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality across activities.
