Job summary

Corinthia Rome is seeking an Events Sales & PR Executive to drive Viride events and our F&B events business. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with private clients, brands and agencies, and manage enquiries from first contact to final confirmation.

You will coordinate with Marketing and PR teams, align events with Corinthia Rome's luxury service standards, and contribute to revenue growth and repeat business.

Job description

Corinthia Rome is looking for an Events Sales & PR Executive to join our team and support the continued growth of Viride and our Food & Beverage events business.

We are looking for someone who knows Rome, understands the world of luxury hospitality and events, and above all has the commercial instinct to create opportunities, build relationships and turn them into business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing Viride as a destination for private events, celebrations, corporate occasions, luxury brand activations and bespoke experiences, always ensuring that every event remains fully aligned with the positioning and service standards of Corinthia Rome.

What you will do

• Proactively identify and develop new event business for Viride and other relevant F&B spaces within Corinthia Rome.
• Build strong relationships with private clients, luxury brands, corporate companies, event agencies, planners, embassies and selected local partners.
• Manage event enquiries from first contact through proposal, negotiation and confirmation.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
• Create tailored proposals and experiences according to each client's requirements.
• Maximise event revenue through intelligent upselling of F&B, spaces and additional hotel services.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of potential business.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and referral business.
• Build Viride's network within Rome's luxury, lifestyle, fashion, corporate and cultural communities.
• Work closely with our Marketing and PR teams on selected partnerships and collaborations.
• Coordinate confirmed events with F&B, Kitchen and all relevant hotel departments.
• Ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into clear operational instructions and Event Orders.
• Follow up with clients after each event to build long-term relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Track enquiries, conversion, confirmed revenue and lost business, contributing to regular event revenue forecasts.

Who we are looking for

You may currently be working in luxury hospitality, a premium restaurant, an event agency, luxury events or for a luxury brand.

• A confident networker with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Well connected within Rome's events, luxury or lifestyle community - or highly motivated to develop that network.
• Creative, organised and extremely attentive to detail.
• Comfortable dealing with private clients, VIPs, luxury brands and corporate decision-makers.
• Able to combine creativity with commercial objectives and operational reality.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Flexible and willing to be present for key events when required.

Previous experience in events sales, luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, luxury brands or event agencies will be highly valued.
