Job summary

Parametric Technology Italia S.r.l. is seeking a seasoned sales professional in Italy to drive the full sales cycle for the PTC portfolio, including Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer, and Servicemax. You will engage with large manufacturers to translate PTC value into real business outcomes.

You will cultivate executive relationships, expand engagements, and collaborate with partners to uncover new opportunities across industries in Italy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles in Discrete and Process MFG industries.
• Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives.
• Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the entire sales cycle - from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing the deal.
• Build high level executive/SVP relationship sales long term partnership.
• Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship, by expanding current engagements as well as winning new business divisions.
• Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients.
• Dealing with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators).
• Performing sales calls at customer site to find new opportunities.
• Dealing with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization - Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization).
• Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities.
