Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO to lead analytics and CRO projects for prestigious clients. You will ensure data collection, transformation, and actionable insights, while communicating effectively with developers and stakeholders.

You will leverage Adobe Analytics, GA4, GTM and UX insights tools to drive data-driven decisions, combining technical rigor with clear client storytelling in both English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain technical activities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and conveying CRO and digital analytics strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and CRO projects for high-profile clients.
• Ensure data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients.
